In short: we collect information that you provide to us.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use our website, sign up to our email list or make a reservation with us.  This could be email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses or similar.

We are required to gather additional information from non-Commonwealth guests such as Nationality, Passport numbers, Visa details and next destination information.  This will be gathered at check-in.  We must keep this information for 12 months and make it available to a Police Officer if requested to do so.


How do we use your information?

In short: We process your information for the purposes of fulfilling our contract with you and compliance with legal obligations.

We use personal information provided by you and collected on our website for a variety of business purposes. 

When you sign up to our email list, we use this email address to send you marketing and promotional information.

When you make a booking with us, we will collect personal details of you and others who will be staying with us.  We use this to process your booking.

When you check in to the hotel, we provide you with a pre-printed registration form which has the details you have provided to us on it.  At this time, you can advise us if you would like to join our mailing list for the purposes of us sending you marketing and promotional information. 


Will your information be shared with anyone?

In short: we only share information to comply with the law.

We will never disclose your information to a third party without your express permission. 

We may disclose your information where we are required to by law to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.


How long do we keep your information?

In short: we keep your information for as long as we require to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless required by law to keep it for longer.

We will only keep your information for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice unless required by law to keep it for longer (for example for tax, accounting and other legal requirements)


How do we store your information and keep it safe?

In short: we keep your information safe through a system of organisational and technical security measures.

Your data is stored on a password protected computer within a password protected booking system.

Signed registration forms are stored in a locked office only accessible by the owners and authorised managers.


This website does not directly store any cookies or collect personally identifiable information about you.

Yes, from time to time to stay compliant with the law.  The updated version will be displayed here.
